United Fire & Water Damage Restoration Inc. was contacted regarding the fire at the Macaroni Grill in Mandeville LA, by Benny Saucier at CCL www.capitalcoatingsllc.com of Baton Rouge LA at approximately 2:15pm on Friday, June 6th 2008. We arrived on scene at 5:45pm on Friday at which point we placed drying and air scrubbing equipment. We scheduled our return for the following morning to start with the labor end of the restoration work. The scope of work completed at your facility included the wipe down, cleaning and chemical treatment of every single content item in the restaurant - including every unopened bottle of wine, all tables, chairs, barstools, menus, every wall hanging, all cooking equipment including ranges, refrigerators, line items, printers, computer screens, fryers - etc. The estimate also included the cleaning and smoke treatment of every single square inch of the structure, including walls, floors, stone, tile, sinks, toilets, urinals, soap dispensers, faucets, partitions, ceiling, truss, chandeliers, can lights, light bulbs, fluorescent lights - etc. United Fire & Water Damage Restoration Inc also had the duty of encapsulating all of the heavily smoke damaged structure, as well as the removal of a small portion of charred structure. Our obligations also included the removal of affected items from the building including smoke and fire damaged items such as ceiling tiles, duct work, and other miscellaneous items. Air exchanges and air scrubbing were also necessary due to the high amount of airborne particulate matter produced by the fire. Structural drying was also a part of our strategy in the restoration of your building due to the volume of moisture introduced to the structure by the Mandeville Fire Department.

United Fire & Water Damage Restoration Inc. utilized roughly 12 men over the course of five days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday) to meet the very demanding schedule set by your management www.brinker.com team of re-opening by dinner on Monday, June 9th, 2008. Our crews worked 13 hour days, and our equipment ran 24 hours a day to complete the restoration work on schedule (which we met - and had the Fire Marshall actually showed up Monday, you would have been open for business for dinner Monday night) for the Macaroni Grill - Mandeville.

Please keep in mind this project included the removal and or restoration of fire and smoke damaged content from your 7000+ sq. ft. property, as well as the cleaning, and / or replacement of over 120,000 cubic feet of air space occupied by your facility in approximately 72 hours. This was a task not easily accomplished, and we feel that as restoration work goes - we have met a timeline that was very pressing.

We are open to discussion with regards to a discount based on volume for Brinker international www.brinker.com This discount would be based on a contract for services for fire, water and mold remediation services for your properties located in the Gulf Coast Region. We are a certified, licensed and reputable company and would entertain a future relationship with you that could be mutually beneficial.

Please remit payment to the address below at your earliest convenience, and feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding our services or the attached invoice.

Thank you,

Kevin Hussey CMR/WRT
